Enrolments & Administration Specialist Childcare
Bright Steps Academy is seeking an experienced Enrolments & Administration Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, remote role supporting families and childcare centres with enrolments, administration, and family accounts. As a leading provider of early education and care, this role is crucial for ensuring families have a seamless and welcoming experience from their initial inquiry through to enrolment. With the expansion of our centres, there is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to advance into a leadership position, overseeing a developing enrolments team.
What you'll do:
- Manage inbound and outbound enrolment calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Support and process family enrolments, accounts, tour bookings, and waitlists.
- Forecast and assist with centre staff rosters.
- Maintain centre accounts, invoices, and payments.
- Respond to Google reviews and feedback.
- Provide general administration to support centre operations.
- Utilize childcare CRM systems (OWNA and Line Leader knowledge highly regarded).
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in the childcare sector (essential).
- Strong call centre, customer service, and administration experience.
- Expertise in enrolment and account management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
