About the Role
Bright Horizons Family Solutions is seeking a visionary Regional Operations Manager – Early Childhood. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our centers, ensure quality programming and compliance, and lead a team committed to excellence and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor center Directors/Principals to achieve exceptional satisfaction and performance.
- Oversee regional operations ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.
- Develop strategic plans for talent, professional development, and succession.
- Manage financial goals, budgets, reporting, and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Experience managing multiple locations and working with corporate clients.
- Expertise in NAEYC standards, licensing, and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and fiscal management skills.
Additional Information
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks. A 1.5 hour commute from NYC is required with travel to NYC 3-5 days per week. Immigration support is not available for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is between $113,600 and $127,800 based on experience, education, and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid leave, 401(k), insurance, and educational support.
