Job Summary
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating surgical cases and managing pre and post operative care. The role involves monitoring surgical scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency, facilitating patient scheduling, communicating procedure timelines, and verifying insurance coverage. The position also requires identifying issues, escalating risks, and recommending solutions, as well as providing guidance and support to administrative team members.

- Monitor and escalate risks and issues
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting
- Assign and monitor resources effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. 1-2 years of program support or management experience is needed along with basic financial/accounting skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Role requires occasional standing, walking, lifting (20-35 lbs), and other physical activities as enumerated.
Work Details
This is a hybrid role based at 45 Francis Street with scheduled weekly hours of 40 during day shifts. Compensation ranges from $52,000.00 to $74,401.60 annually with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
