Role Overview

The Head of Research will serve as Bridgewise’s leading authority on financial content, guiding a team of four analysts towards excellence in research by integrating deep market expertise with advanced technology.

You Will

  • Lead and mentor a team of four research analysts.
  • Drive analytical excellence by building and challenging financial models.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate and validate new datasets.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs by approving technical deliverables from a financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Oversight: Set professional standards and manage workflows.
  • Market & Asset Class Expertise: Monitor global markets and regulatory trends; develop models for equities, bonds, funds, and alternative assets.
  • Data & Technology Partnership: Oversee the onboarding and quality-checking of financial data.

Requirements

  • Industry Credibility with 10+ years in financial analysis or investment research.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Ability with experience managing and mentoring analysts.
  • Tech-Ready Mindset comfortable with technology driven workflows.
