Job Mission

The Data & Operations Intern plays a critical role in ensuring quality and consistency of data across ecosystem surveys. You will help build a comprehensive directory of Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) in LATAM and Africa, transform scattered data into a unified asset, and support both impact reporting and business development.

Role & Contributions

  • Data Cleaning & Standardization (35%): Assign and validate unique ESO_IDs, resolve duplicates, standardize categories, and build a data dictionary.
  • Survey Tracking & Follow-Up Support (25%): Update Master Tracker, manage survey responses, and consolidate interview data.
  • ESO Directory Development (25%): Research and document new ESOs, maintain a centralized directory, and ensure data quality.
  • Dashboards & Data Reporting (15%): Prepare weekly summaries, generate datasets, and support dashboard preparation for leadership.

Skills and Experience Needed

Strong Excel skills and passion for data management. Familiarity with SQL or Power BI is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, capable of research and mapping ESOs, comfortable with tracking and reporting, and an effective communicator.

Leadership & Mindset

Project-oriented, collaborative, impact-focused, and purpose-driven. Prior experience in entrepreneurship ecosystems and familiarity with CRM tools, survey tools, or API integrations are nice to have.

Offer and Location

This 6-month internship (with potential extension or permanent conversion) is based in Mexico or Guatemala, starting in October-November 2025. Compensation is 700 USD/month.
