About Brian
Brian is a digital learning assistant for schools and universities. The software allows educators to create engaging, adaptive learning tools for their specific course content in no time. Content creation is AI-powered and takes only a few minutes. Learning itself takes place on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Learners immerse themselves in a personalized learning world that connects them socially and actively involves them in the learning process. Brian fosters more motivated and better-informed learners. Analytics provide insights into the learning paths and knowledge levels of learners, thus supporting educators in improving their teaching. Didactically, Brian is mainly used as an asynchronous learning and homework tool. It motivates students, adapts to their knowledge level, and supports them around the clock without needing access to teachers or tutors.

Currently, over 120 educational institutions in Switzerland and Germany actively use Brian's B2B platform. We have collected over 50 million answers from learners, achieved an NPS of 77, and won the ETH >>>Venture Award 2024 and the Didacta Startup of the Year 2025 award. We are a fast-growing, early-stage startup aiming to become an internationally renowned technology and education company.

Our team currently consists of 8 people. We have developed an exciting product and already achieved initial successes. Now we need support to increase our reach and make Brian accessible to even more educators in the DACH region. Therefore, we are looking for a growth-oriented sales professional with a deep passion for education to join our team. We need someone who doesn't wait for calls. We are looking for a tireless "Growth Hacker" who speaks the language of educators, knows how to generate new leads, and enjoys representing Brian externally. Furthermore, we expect you to have experience in the education sector. You will work closely with us and actively shape our market strategy and revenue model.

- A strong network in education: You already have an established network in the DACH education sector (schools, universities, authorities) and know exactly whom we should contact.
- Proactive acquisition mentality: You love to actively and independently approach new contacts. Whether cold calling, writing persuasive emails, or personal visits – you spare no effort to generate leads.
- Enthusiasm for trade fairs and travel: You enjoy traveling and want to actively visit trade fairs, educational symposia, and universities in the DACH region to present Brian, make contacts, and build personal relationships.
- Growth Mindset: You don't just follow traditional sales strategies but are creative, analytical, and experimental with new channels, digital tools, and unconventional acquisition methods to accelerate our growth.
- Perfect German language skills (absolutely essential due to our customer base).
- Residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (the position is 100% remote).
- Additional online marketing experience is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently with an eye for market opportunities and the will to close deals.
