Develop DLP Strategy & Implementation: Oversee Microsoft Purview configuration with cybersecurity teams and coordinate policy-based controls for monitoring sensitive data on email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and endpoints.
Compliance & Regulatory Support: Align records-management and Purview configurations with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and client-specific requirements. Generate audit-ready reports and dashboards.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce ad-hoc and scheduled reports (Power BI/Excel) on matter statistics, DLP incidents, data-handling trends, and system utilization.
Process Improvement & Automation: Recommend enhancements to policies and leverage automation tools (Power Automate/SOAR) to reduce manual efforts.

A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in digital records or data-governance roles is necessary. Must have hands-on experience with DMS or multiple repository platforms, working knowledge of Microsoft Purview (or comparable suites), familiarity with data cataloguing, lineage, analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL), and a strong grasp of records-management principles.
