About the Role

The Associate - Healthcare Performance Improvement Supply Chain at BRG supports the Health Care Supply Chain Practice. This role drives measurable financial, clinical, and operational improvements for healthcare providers. The position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills with experience in healthcare supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Supply Chain and Department Leaders in maximizing efficient procurement operations.
  • Execute infrastructure project plans and maintain cost effective material processes using LEAN principles.
  • Develop advanced supply distribution processes and ensure optimal inventory controls.
  • Integrate logistics with quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate departmental expectations, develop policies, set performance metrics, and align with clinical leadership.
  • Leverage technology solutions for materials management integration.
  • Perform additional duties to ensure department effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with long periods of walking and standing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably 2+ years of related healthcare or consulting experience.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and excellent communication abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge in Procure to Pay, supply chain logistics, inventory management and LEAN principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% as needed.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
