Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical IT Recruiter focused on US and Canadian markets. The Technical IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying and engaging top technical talent, and supporting hiring managers in building highly skilled teams. Daily tasks include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, negotiating offers, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing candidate pipelines
  • Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring processes
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools
  • Understanding of the IT industry, including technical roles and skillsets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting for US and Canadian markets is a strong advantage
