Role Summary: Client Acquisition Specialist - US Staffing
This is a remote role for a Client Acquisition Specialist - US Staffing. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients in the US staffing market, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include networking with potential clients, presenting BrezQ's services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the client acquisition process. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in customer satisfaction, service, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, or business development in US staffing or IT consulting
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and targets
- Familiarity with IT staffing and consulting services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
