Implementation at Brex

The Technical Consultant I role is pivotal in transforming new customers into power users. You will lead the onboarding experience for customers adopting Brex Empower by combining customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management. The aim is to ensure customers are fully equipped to use Brex for the long term.

Where You’ll Work

This position is based in the Salt Lake City office in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of two coordinated days in the office (Wednesday and Thursday) with the option of up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Consultant I, you are responsible for the successful integration of customer systems with Brex. You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of integrations for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor, using your ERP and accounting systems expertise.
  • Run project meetings and technical calls from kickoff to go-live.
  • Create and refine training materials to empower customers.
  • Collaborate internally by relaying customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer-facing experience with accounting systems.
  • Expertise in accounting and finance areas including General Ledger and Expense Management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into product configuration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • HRIS/SSO expertise.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $89,600 - $112,000, based on various factors including skills and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided.
