Implementation at Brex
The Implementation team transforms new customers into power users by guiding them from kickoff to go-live. As a Technical Consultant I, you will take ownership of the integration and onboarding process for Brex Empower, acting as a strategic advisor and technical expert.
Where You’ll Work
This role is based in the New York City office in a hybrid work environment. Employees are required to work a minimum of two coordinated days (Wednesday and Thursday) in the office, with additional remote work flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end integrations of customer systems with Brex.
- Advise customers on ERP architecture and optimal product configurations.
- Lead project meetings and technical calls from kickoff to go-live.
- Create and refine training materials for customer enablement.
- Collaborate with internal teams by relaying customer feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Expertise in key finance areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to track timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative problem-solving approach with proactive escalation when necessary.
Bonus Points
- HRIS/SSO subject matter expertise.
- Background in Accounting or Finance.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is between $101,248 and $126,560. Actual base pay depends on experience, skills, location, and market demands. Equity and other compensation forms may also be included.
