What You’ll Do as an Outbound Sales Development Representative

  • Prospect and identify new customers for Brex.
  • Partner with Account Executives to communicate Brex's value.
  • Uncover business needs and position Brex as the solution.
  • Maintain an accurate log of activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily KPIs via email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on prospecting strategy.

Where You’ll Work

This role is based in Brex's Salt Lake City office. In-office presence is required at least 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) with up to 4 weeks remote each year.

Requirements

  • Experience in a general sales role or related fields such as hospitality or customer service.
  • Ability to proactively engage clients via email and phone.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate Brex's value.
  • Team-player with a desire to improve internal processes.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in financial technology.

Bonus Points

  • SaaS or B2B experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo.
  • Track record of exceeding impact and activity quotas.

Compensation

OTE range: $73,040 - $82,170 USD, including base and commissions. Compensation may include equity and additional benefits based on performance.
