Implementation at Brex

Implementation transforms new customers into power users. As a Technical Consultant, you lead the onboarding experience and guide companies from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. Your work will include customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management to set up customers for long-term success with Brex.

Where You’ll Work

This role is based in our San Francisco office in a hybrid environment. You are required to work a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week (Wednesday and Thursday), with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work available.

What You’ll Do

  • Own integration implementation from kickoff to go-live.
  • Translate customer business requirements into effective product configurations.
  • Solve integration challenges and provide best practices for Brex integrations.
  • Lead project meetings and technical calls, setting clear expectations.
  • Contribute to customer enablement and refine training materials.
  • Act as the voice of the customer with internal teams.
  • Share insights to enhance the Integration team's processes.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate customer systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) with Brex.
  • Advise customers using ERP architecture and business process expertise.
  • Run project meetings and technical calls efficiently.
  • Create and improve training materials and Help Center content.
  • Communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate within the Integration team to share project insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role with accounting system implementations.
  • Expertise in accounting and finance areas like General Ledger and Expense Management.
  • Strong project management skills with clear deliverable ownership.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into product configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative problem-solving approach with cross-team experience.

Bonus Points

  • HRIS/SSO subject matter expertise.
  • Accounting or Finance background.

Compensation

The expected salary range is $101,248 - $126,560. Final salary depends on location, skills, experience, market demand, and internal pay parity. Additional equity and compensation benefits may be part of the total package.
