At Brex, Implementation transforms new customers into power users. As a Technical Consultant, you will lead the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower. The role blends customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management to set customers up for long-term success.

Where You’ll Work

This role is based in the Vancouver office in a hybrid environment, requiring a minimum of two days in the office (Wednesday and Thursday) with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end integration implementations for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks.
• Act as the primary technical advisor, using ERP architecture and business process knowledge.
• Lead project meetings and technical calls, manage deliverables, and drive projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Create and refine training materials to empower customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal product and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with accounting systems implementation.
• Functional expertise in accounting and finance areas including General Ledger and Expense Management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to translate business requirements into product configurations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative problem-solving with cross-team experience.

• Background in Accounting or Finance

Compensation

The expected salary range is $89,600 - $112,000, with the final figure based on location, skills, experience, and market demands. Additional equity and benefits may be part of the total compensation package.
