Brewingleads is seeking a hands-on AI Practitioner to lead our 2026 AI cohort in Wagholi, Pune. We focus on implementation over theory, delivering practical, high-energy training sessions.

We are hiring a Part-Time Generative AI Trainer to deliver two specialized tracks:

• AI Tools for Business (12-Week Intensive for Professionals/Graduates)
• Executive Saturday GenAI (4-Week Masterclass for Business Owners/Directors)

If you excel at building live automations, generating production-ready creative assets swiftly, and guiding CEOs through AI strategy, this role is for you.

The Role: Practical Delivery

You will conduct high-energy, 'live-build' sessions where students follow along on their own devices. Proficiency in delivering the following specific modules is essential:

PART A: The 'AI Tools for Business' Track (Weekdays)

• Prompt Engineering Mastery: Teach the 'Anatomy of a Great Prompt' (Role, Context, Task, Format, Constraint) and advanced techniques like 'Chain-of-Thought' and 'Negative Prompting'.
• Multilingual & Cultural Context: Demonstrate 'Hinglish' prompting and generate regional language outputs (Marathi, Hindi) using tools like Sarvam AI and Claude for authentic Indian marketing content.
• Visual Creation Studio: Lead sessions on Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, and Ideogram to create consistent brand assets, Indian festival posters (e.g., Diwali/Navratri), and product mockups.
• Video & Voice Synthesis: Teach voice cloning with ElevenLabs, AI avatar creation with HeyGen, and instant video ad generation using InVideo AI.
• Business Automation (No-Code): Conduct live demos connecting Zapier or Make.com to Claude and Gmail.
• Chatbot Deployment: Guide the class in setting up Tidio chatbots for local businesses to automate FAQ responses.

PART B: The 'Executive Saturday' Track (Weekends)

• Strategy & ROI: Help business leaders build a '30-Day AI Adoption Plan' and conduct an 'AI Ops Audit' to identify time-wasting tasks.
• The CEO Prompt Stack: Train executives on high-leverage prompts for competitive research, negotiation prep, and financial narrative writing.
• Operational Efficiency: Demonstrate using Claude for analyzing large documents (e.g., summarizing 50 Google Reviews or complex contracts) in seconds.
• Data to Decision: Show leaders how to upload spreadsheets to LLMs to generate instant strategic dashboards and narratives.

Who You Are

• Tool Agnostic Expert: Fluent in the 'Big 5' (ChatGPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 1.5 Pro, Perplexity, Copilot).
• Real-World Builder: Possess a portfolio of actual work: automated workflows, published AI articles, or live chatbots.
• Culturally Intelligent: Understand how to prompt for the Indian market, respecting cultural sensitivities and regional nuances.
• Engaging Speaker: Capable of holding the attention of both fresh graduates and seasoned business directors for a 3-hour session.
