About The Co-op and Internship Program
Bree is committed to building a leading AI-native team across engineering, product, design, operations, and marketing. Our Co-op and Internship Program offers participants the unique opportunity to explore impactful projects across multiple functions, working closely with top minds in FinTech. Instead of confining you to a single department, we strategically match opportunities based on your skills, interests, and career goals, allowing you to directly contribute to product development, complex problem-solving, and shaping the future of consumer finance in Canada.
We welcome applications for 4, 8, and 12-month co-op terms.
What You'll Do
Depending on your team and interests, responsibilities may include:
- Engineering: Contribute to building scalable systems, developing new features, and leveraging AI tools for accelerated and smarter shipping.
- Product & Design: Support user research initiatives, design and implement experiments, and help craft intuitive financial products.
Across All Roles, You’ll:
- Take ownership of real projects from day one.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates across multiple disciplines.
- Learn and apply cutting-edge tools, including AI-first workflows.
- Gain invaluable experience in a hyper-growth, high-performance startup environment.
