About the Role
Bree is seeking a data-driven, analytical, and proactive Business Operations Analyst to drive efficiency and scalable growth. In this role, you will optimize key business processes and transform raw operational data into actionable insights. You will be a pivotal operational and analytical partner for the executive team in our hyper-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Business Operations & Reporting: Dive deep into data, quantify financial impact, and evaluate strategic trade-offs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams on key initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Identify process gaps, investigate root causes, and implement scalable, automated solutions.
- Special Projects: Manage ad-hoc high-impact projects from research to full implementation.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, or business development.
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting data-backed recommendations.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Proficiency in SQL and startup experience.
