Position and Missions
Within the Data Management office team, part of the DATA Foundation IT department, the Program Manager oversees all projects contributing to the GDPR compliance of the BRED IT system.
They are responsible for the success, in terms of value, budget, and deadlines, of a program composed of several projects. They manage each stage of the program, structure the organization, coordinate projects and teams, measure progress and value, and manage stakeholders and all resources.
They work in close collaboration with the data protection department.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Build the solution in a team and iterative mode, integrating good operational and supervisory practices.
- Manage transversal projects whose roadmap depends on several business and IT stakeholders.
- Structure the program and priorities temporally.
- Validate backlogs and synchronization between projects.
- Develop an engaging schedule per project, strictly follow milestones, and secure their achievement.
- Define the program governance.
- Manage and support the IT teams of Bred Joinville and the subsidiary BRED-IT in Bangkok.
- Plan, control, and value the work of their team; ensure task distribution.
- Take charge of the necessary communication work with their clients (explanations, presentations, popularization, user meetings, etc.) to facilitate change management.
- Ensure monitoring of their program's activity (dashboards, project management tools, etc.).
- Anticipate changes and their impacts.
- Provide regular reporting to the manager and escalate alerts in a timely manner.
- Recommend improvement actions (process optimization, applications, IT architecture, etc.) by evaluating the gains and associated risks.
- Participate in the formalization, consolidation, and evolution of the general information system mapping.
