Role Overview
BreachLock, Inc. is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager. In this high-impact remote role, you will be the trusted advisor for key clients, responsible for client retention, revenue renewals, and account expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Client Retention & Renewals: Ensure client and revenue retention throughout the subscription period.
- Account Expansion: Identify upselling opportunities and adapt to evolving cybersecurity needs.
- Account Hygiene: Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the point of escalation working with internal teams.
- Data-Driven Tracking: Utilize HubSpot reports and metrics to track account health.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer for product improvements.
- Travel: Minimum 2 face-to-face client meetings each quarter.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in client success or account management within SaaS, cybersecurity, or related industries; strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; strategic thinking for expansion; willingness to travel for key engagements.
