Position Summary
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Unit Clerk in the Emergency Department is responsible for daily clerical duties, maintaining health records, processing orders, and payroll functions.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Secondary School Diploma
- Successful completion of Medical Office Administration or equivalent
- Recent experience as a receptionist/clerical worker in a medical setting
- Experience in maintaining health records, order processing, and payroll
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Meditech experience is an asset
Mandatory Competencies

- Reliable, dependable, with excellent attendance and flexibility for all shifts
- Ability to multitask and organize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of chart assembling, ordering, and dismantling
