Role Responsibilities
As a Client Services & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for account management for all wire and email distributions for PR Newswire clients. You will take and interpret client instructions, recognize client needs, and propose appropriate solutions. You will process orders end-to-end while providing excellent service in line with PRNE service standards.
- Manage order processing and distribution editorial fulfilment.
- Ensure service delivery excellence and quality checks.
- Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity and adherence.
- Log all activities in the CRM/Order Management System.
Working Hours & Shifts
Standard shifts rotate weekly ranging from 08:00 – 00:00 with evening shifts once every six weeks and weekend on-call duty every other month.
What You Bring
A proven track record in a client facing or operational role, knowledge of Microsoft Office and HTML, excellent interpersonal skills, and upselling experience. You must be organized with strong time management skills and able to work under pressure.
