BrainWorks is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager for a stable, growth-oriented consumer products company. This role supports a highly recognized consumer products business with a significant presence across big box and major retail channels, where the company is a leading player in its category. Reporting directly to the VP, Business Manager, the Senior Channel Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving channel strategy, line reviews, merchandising initiatives, pricing strategy, packaging, and commercialization efforts for both branded and private label products. Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing and commercialization strategies across major retail accounts.
  • Lead line reviews, promotions, merchandising initiatives, pricing strategies, packaging, and product launches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to support strategic decision making.
