Web3 Project Manager at Braintrust
CAW is a SocialFi platform combining social networking with blockchain technology. The platform includes NFT functionality, token-based communities, and Web3 wallet integrations. Braintrust is upgrading the platform to improve security, scalability, and user experience, and is looking for an experienced technical project manager to coordinate delivery across blockchain, backend, and frontend teams.
What You'll Work On
You will help coordinate delivery for a major platform upgrade that includes:
- Smart contract enhancements (Solidity)
- NFT minting and token functionality
- Backend API improvements (Node.js)
- Frontend modernization (React / TypeScript)
- Wallet integration and Web3 functionality
- Messaging and notification systems
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery for a multi-team Web3 platform upgrade
- Coordinate blockchain, backend, and frontend engineering teams
- Track milestones, sprint progress, and technical dependencies
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and release planning
- Identify and resolve blockers impacting engineering delivery
- Communicate progress and risks to leadership
Required Experience
- 5+ years project or program management in software development
- Experience managing engineering teams building digital products
- Strong experience with Agile / Scrum delivery
- Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Web3 / blockchain / DeFi projects
- Familiarity with Solidity or smart contract development
- Experience with React, Node.js, or full-stack web applications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Electronics, or related
