Responsibilities
- Manage, communicate, and respond to customers effectively via email and chat.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate personalized solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize product/service experience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with research, product, and logistic teams to enhance offerings.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with couples through empathy and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
- A candidate with a proactive “get it done” attitude, resourcefulness, and a positive outlook.
- Experience in counseling, coaching, guidance, or professional support is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills to connect with couples effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical, creative thinking to resolve issues.
- Polite, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, and passionate about customer care, making people feel at ease.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of precise instruction following.
- Experience working from home.
- Previous experience as a concierge, in customer service, or a related role is beneficial.
Employment Details
This is a Part-time, Contract position, requiring 10-20 hours a week in dynamic shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
