Original Job Summary

Role Purpose

Lead the transformation of an existing Code on Time Construction ERP into a modern, user-friendly SaaS platform built with ReactJS and Tailwind CSS, focusing on product design for complex, data-rich applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive SaaS workflows and interfaces.
  • Audit the current ERP interface to identify pain points and modernization opportunities.
  • Create Figma wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for ERP modules and dashboards.
  • Design responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components optimized for ReactJS and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library for long-term scalability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for design iterations.
  • Balance data density and clarity to support efficiency in professional workflows.
  • Contribute to product strategy by aligning design decisions with SaaS business goals and user needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in designing for B2B SaaS or ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and developer handoff best practices.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS and Tailwind CSS concepts for component-friendly design.
  • Experience in designing complex data tables, filters, dashboards, and workflow-based interfaces.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in agile environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or other project-driven industries.
  • Understanding of SaaS onboarding flows, role-based permissions, and multi-tenant design patterns.
  • Project duration is 2-3 months.
