Overview

The Staff Product Data Analyst at Braintrust will provide advanced analytical support to the product team. Using data, you will optimize product development, improve user experiences, and drive business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage product data and conduct user behavior deep-dive analysis.
• Lead product analytics initiatives including tracking feature adoption, engagement, and performance.
• Perform KPI analysis such as user retention, activation rates, churn, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate on product attribution models and measure feature impact.
• Segment customers to create personalized product experiences.
• Conduct A/B testing, forecasting, and trend analysis using statistical methods, SQL, and tools like Power BI.
• Mentor data analysts and work cross-functionally with the product team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product data and analytics within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, regression models and predictive analytics.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
