Senior Product Data Analyst

The Senior Product Data Analyst will provide advanced analytical support to the product team, leveraging data to optimize product development, improve user experiences, and drive business outcomes.

You will manage product data, conduct deep-dive analysis into user behaviour, and help shape product decisions through insights on product performance, customer satisfaction, and feature usage. This role directly influences product strategies, feature prioritization, and customer retention by turning data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Lead key product analytics initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.
• Analyze product KPIs including retention, activation, churn, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate on attribution models and impact analysis of product features.
• Segment customers using product usage data for personalization.
• Conduct A/B testing and controlled experiments to refine product offerings.
• Forecast product trends using statistical models and machine learning.
• Mentor junior data analysts through hands-on coaching and training.

What You’ll Need

• Senior level experience in product data analytics within a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, statistical methods, and predictive modeling.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI.
• Experience analyzing customer behaviour and segmentation.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and using Python or R.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Strong problem-solving, open communication, and collaborative skills.
