About the Line Producer Role

We are seeking a Line Producer to lead the coordination and execution of high-paced, post-production and AI-driven creative projects. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates located in the Americas, especially those aligned with New York time. You will work with editing, AI-generated, and mixed-media content for top-tier advertising agencies and production companies.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret project briefs from clients
• Build and coordinate creative and production teams
• Track and manage budgets, bids, and schedules
• Oversee progress and workflows with post-production coordinators
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors
• Manage time zones and coordinate with partner teams in Europe
• Deliver projects including sizzle films, manifestos, case studies, and AI-generated visual prototypes

Requirements

• Experience in post-production or hybrid media (AI + live action) environments
• Strong scheduling and budget management skills
• Ability to handle direct client communications
• Experience managing teams across multiple time zones
• Comfortable working on fast turnarounds in a global production setting
• Prior work with top-tier ad agencies or production companies is a plus
• Availability for Americas time zone, ideally aligned with EST
