Job Description
Summary
We run a done-for-you marketing automation agency for wedding venues across North America. We have a raw list of venue businesses and need a detail-oriented researcher to enrich it with owner contact data and social profiles so our outreach team can begin personalized outreach.
This is an ongoing role with weekly deliverables. If you're fast, accurate, and reliable, there's long-term work here.
What You'll Do
- Take our raw wedding venue list (name, city, website)
- Find the personal Facebook profile of the business owner for each venue
- Enrich each lead using Clay with: owner full name, personal Facebook URL, business email, LinkedIn profile URL, venue website, phone number of decision makers (owners, president, etc., if available)
- Deliver a clean, organized spreadsheet (Google Sheets or CSV) with all fields populated
- Flag any leads where data couldn't be verified
Tools You Must Know
- Clay (required — this is non-negotiable)
- Facebook search and profile research
- LinkedIn research
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Hunter.io, Apollo, or similar email finding tools (bonus)
