About the Innovation Consultant Role
This Innovation Consultant at Braintrust is responsible for developing and executing innovation strategy within the Marketing organization. The role focuses on leading marketing innovation initiatives from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing innovation initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
- Facilitate collaboration, decision-making processes, and stakeholder communications.
- Track and report progress, budget, and performance metrics to the Growth and Innovation Leader.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance innovation velocity and team effectiveness.
