Overview
The Innovation Consultant at Braintrust is responsible for the development and execution of innovation strategies for marketing organizations with a focus on Hello Products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing innovation initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
- Facilitate collaboration, structured decision-making and stakeholder communications.
- Track and report progress, budget status, and performance metrics to Jennifer Vasold-Singh.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance innovation velocity and team effectiveness.
