Overview
The Innovation Consultant at Braintrust focuses on strategy development and execution for marketing innovation initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong project management skills to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing innovation initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize innovation strategies aligned with business objectives for Hello Products.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements.
- Drive execution across Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum.
- Facilitate collaboration, decision-making processes, and stakeholder communications.
- Track and report progress, budget status, and performance metrics to Jennifer Vasold-Singh, Growth and Innovation Leader.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance innovation velocity and outcomes.
