About the Role: Innovation Consultant
As an Innovation Consultant at Braintrust, you will be instrumental in driving innovation strategy development and execution specifically for our clients' Marketing organizations. This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing initiatives from conception to completion.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing innovation initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and operationalize innovation strategies aligned with business objectives for clients like Hello Products.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements for innovation programs.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum and delivery targets.
- Facilitate structured collaboration, decision-making processes, and stakeholder communications.
- Track and report progress, budget status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders such as the Growth and Innovation Leader – Hello Products.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance innovation velocity, team effectiveness, and overall project outcomes.
