About the HubSpot Solutions Architect Role at Braintrust
Braintrust is seeking an individual with a technical sales background eager to expand their skillset within the rapidly growing CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystem. Reporting to the Solutions Architect Team Lead, this role is a key contributor to the Sales Team, driving deals and technical solutions forward.
This position is ideal for those who are technically proficient, enthusiastic about a dynamic sales process, and motivated to craft innovative solutions that meet client needs. As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in demonstrating HubSpot's capabilities, architecting tailored solutions, and sharing compelling user stories with potential prospects, all while building strong client relationships.
We are looking for someone who not only has experience building solutions in HubSpot but also genuinely enjoys pushing the platform's boundaries. The ideal candidate will possess a smooth, creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for exploring HubSpot's full potential.
About You
- Strong experience in a B2B sales role, preferably involving complex products or services.
- Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting discovery and delivering presentations to VPs and C-Suite executives.
- Deep familiarity with CRM products and various use cases.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, particularly its Sales, Service, and Marketing features.
- A deep passion for technology and a strong ability to learn quickly.
- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
A Normal Day in This Role
- Co-sell deals alongside the Sales Team.
- Build demo portals and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support the Sales Process.
- Write user stories and scopes for proposals.
- Review technical documentation to assess feasibility.
- Architect software solutions for prospects during the pre-sale phase.
- Work with Consulting and Development Teams as needed to support technical project pieces.
