About the Role
Braintrust, a growing done-for-you automation agency exclusively serving wedding venues across North America, is seeking a GOHIGHLEVEL ONBOARDING SPECIALIST. In this part-time hourly role, you will be the go-to GHL expert, responsible for handling the full onboarding and setup for new clients to ensure they are live and getting results fast. Hours will increase as the agency grows, offering a long-term opportunity to become a core GHL specialist.
What You'll Do
- Clone our master GHL snapshot into new client sub-accounts.
- Customize automations with client-specific details, including venue name, phone number, and branding.
- Set up and integrate client calendars, such as Google Calendar and GHL calendar.
- Configure essential workflows like missed-call text-back, lead nurture sequences, and follow-up automations.
- Build and test AI agent conversations within GHL for lead qualification and booking assistance.
- Connect various integrations, including Facebook Lead Ads, Google My Business, Stripe, and Zapier if necessary.
- Rigorously QA test every workflow before marking the onboarding as complete.
- Document all client-specific customizations in our dedicated onboarding tracker.
- Communicate directly with the Braintrust team via Slack, without direct client interaction.
Must-have Skills
- Deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, extending beyond basic functionalities.
- Extensive experience with GHL snapshots, sub-accounts, and white-label setups.
- Proficiency in workflow and automation builders, including triggers, conditions, wait steps, and branching logic.
- Proven ability to set up and configure GHL AI agent and conversation AI features.
- Experience with calendar and booking integrations.
- Possession of a strong QA mindset, ensuring thorough testing before handover.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with clients in the wedding, hospitality, or events industry.
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Zapier or Make (Integromat).
- Basic understanding of Facebook Lead Ads.
Hours & Pay
This is an hourly contract position starting at 5–10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as client growth scales. Braintrust is open to proposals for the hourly rate; please state your rate in your application. The target turnaround for each onboarding is within 48 hours of receiving client information.
