Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing done-for-you automation agency exclusively serving wedding venues across North America. When we close a new client, we need a GHL expert to handle the full onboarding and setup so our clients are live and getting results fast.
This is a part-time hourly role. As we grow, hours will increase. We want someone who can become our go-to GHL person long-term.
What You'll Do
- Clone our master GHL snapshot into new client sub-accounts
- Customize automations with client-specific details (venue name, phone number, branding)
- Set up and integrate client calendars (Google Calendar, GHL calendar)
- Configure missed-call text-back, lead nurture sequences, and follow-up workflows
- Build and test AI agent conversations within GHL (lead qualification, booking assistant)
- Connect integrations: Facebook Lead Ads, Google My Business, Stripe, Zapier if needed
- QA test every workflow before marking onboarding complete
- Document any client-specific customizations in our onboarding tracker
- Communicate directly with our team (not clients) via Slack
Must-have Skills
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — you need to know this platform deeply, not just the basics
- Experience with GHL snapshots, sub-accounts, and white-label setups
- Workflow and automation builder (triggers, conditions, wait steps, branching logic)
- GHL AI agent / conversation AI setup
- Calendar and booking integrations
- Strong QA mindset — you test before you hand off
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with wedding, hospitality, or events industry clients
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- Basic understanding of Facebook Lead Ads
HOURS & PAY
Starting: 5–10 hrs/week (scales with client growth)
Engagement type: Hourly contract
Rate: Open to proposals — please state your hourly rate
Target turnaround: Each onboarding completed within 48 hours of receiving client info
