ADIOS ADIOS is seeking a Freelancer Creative Director with robust editorial instincts, strong motion graphics capabilities, and a keen interest in AI-driven image generation. This pivotal role combines hands-on creative execution with high-level leadership across dynamic, high-stakes video projects.

About The Work

You will be instrumental in leading creative direction for Sizzle Films, which includes:

  • Video pitches utilized by agencies to secure campaigns.
  • Case studies prominently showcased at prestigious events like Cannes Lions.

These projects demand exceptional storytelling, precise rhythm, and a highly refined visual sensibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the complete creative vision and oversee the final output for every project.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including Editors, Coordinators, Motion Artists, and AI Artists.
  • Deconstruct project briefs into actionable creative and production requirements.
  • Strategically define necessary resources, optimize workflows, and establish project timelines.
  • Engage hands-on as required, contributing across various facets:
    • Editing using Premiere Pro
    • Motion graphics within After Effects
    • Shaping narrative, pacing, visuals, motion elements, and AI layers

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated strong narrative and editorial judgment.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in motion graphics (After Effects is highly preferred).
  • Prior experience with AI image generation is a significant advantage; however, enthusiasm to learn AI will be fully supported.
  • Possesses strong creative leadership, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the capability to guide a project from initial concept to successful delivery.
  • English proficiency is required.
