About the Freelance Creative Director Role
ADIOS ADIOS is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Creative Director with robust editorial instincts, strong motion design capabilities, and a keen interest in AI-driven image generation. This pivotal role combines hands-on creative execution with high-level leadership, focusing on fast-paced, high-stakes video projects.
About The Work
You will be responsible for leading the creative direction for Sizzle Films, which include:
- Video pitches used by agencies to sell campaigns.
- Case studies showcased at prestigious events like Cannes Lions.
These projects require exceptional storytelling, a strong sense of rhythm, and a refined visual sensibility to achieve impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire creative vision and ensure the final output of each project meets the highest standards.
- Lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse multidisciplinary team including Editors, Coordinators, Motion Artists, and AI Artists.
- Efficiently break down complex briefs into clear creative and production requirements.
- Define necessary resources, establish efficient workflows, and manage project timelines effectively.
- Contribute hands-on expertise when required, specifically in:
- Editing using Premiere Pro.
- Motion design in After Effects.
- Contributing across narrative development, pacing, visual aesthetics, motion graphics, and integrating AI layers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated strong narrative and editorial judgment.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro is essential.
- Extensive motion graphics experience, with After Effects proficiency preferred.
- Experience with AI image generation is a significant advantage; however, strong enthusiasm and a willingness to learn will be fully supported.
- Proven creative leadership, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.
- English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
