About the Fractional Game Advisor Role at Braintrust
We are seeking a seasoned Gaming / Game Mechanics Advisor to join Braintrust in an advisory capacity. This pivotal role will provide strategic guidance to the product and leadership teams, focusing on game mechanics, user experience, and long-term engagement design for a global, consumer-facing, AI-powered application developed for a major IP partner.

- Gaming mechanics and systems design

What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering consumer-facing gaming applications with recurring users
- Strong understanding of:

- Proven ability to advise on user retention strategies, engagement curves, and habit-forming mechanics
- Experience shaping an extended product roadmap, including:
