Creative Director, Editing, Motion & AI at ADIOSADIOS
ADIOS ADIOS is seeking a Creative Director with exceptional editorial instincts, strong motion design capabilities, and a keen interest in AI-driven image generation. This pivotal role combines hands-on creative craft with high-level leadership across dynamic, high-impact video projects.
About The Work
You will be instrumental in leading the creative direction for Sizzle Films, which encompasses:
- Video pitches utilized by agencies to secure campaigns.
- Case studies prominently featured at prestigious events like Cannes Lions.
These projects require impeccable storytelling, precise rhythm, and a sophisticated visual aesthetic.
What You’ll Do
- Own the complete creative vision and ensure the final output of every project meets high standards.
- Lead and collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including Editors, Coordinators, Motion Artists, and AI Artists.
- Deconstruct project briefs into clear creative objectives and production requirements.
- Define necessary resources, establish efficient workflows, and manage project timelines.
- Engage hands-on with creative tasks as needed, specifically:
- Editing within Adobe Premiere.
- Motion graphics creation in Adobe After Effects.
- Contributing across various layers including narrative, pacing, visuals, motion, and AI integration.
Ideal Candidate
- Possesses strong narrative and editorial judgment.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere.
- Experienced with motion graphics, with a preference for Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with AI image generation is advantageous; however, enthusiasm to learn is essential, and support will be provided.
- Demonstrates creative leadership, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to steer projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.
- English proficiency is required.
