C Engineer - AI Training

Job Description

As a C Engineer - AI Training, you will work remotely on an hourly paid basis to review AI-generated C code, low-level systems designs, and technical explanations. You will generate high-quality reference implementations along with step-by-step reasoning for complex engineering problems.

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated C code for accuracy and safety.
• Generate clear, detailed reference implementations and technical explanations.
• Assess low-level systems designs, ensuring best practices in memory management, concurrency, and performance.
• Rank multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• 4+ years of professional C development experience in systems, embedded, or performance-critical applications.
• Expertise in pointers, memory management, low-level debugging, and systems programming.
• Experience with build systems, compilers, CI/CD workflows, and version control.
• Strong written English skills with the ability to follow technical guidelines.
• Experience in AI training data, annotation, or evaluation is a plus.

• Optimize AI performance through evaluation and ranking of responses.
• Ensure AI model integrity by testing for inaccuracies and biases.
