Bilingual Trust and Safety AI Trainer

Overview

This is a fully remote, hourly-paid contractor role at Braintrust. You will review AI-generated responses, generate safety focused evaluation content, assess reasoning quality and provide expert feedback in English and one additional language.

Role Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate content in English and an approved additional language.
• Review, score, and compare model responses against safety policies.
• Curate safety training examples including adversarial/red-team cases.
• Continuously audit and stress-test model behavior for safety and policy compliance.
• Document decision rationale and flag ambiguous scenarios.

Your Profile

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in relevant fields along with near-native or native proficiency in English and one additional language from the approved list. A strong background in Trust & Safety, LLM red teaming, and experience with AI data annotation is required. Emotional resilience and excellent judgment under ambiguous situations are essential.

Tools and Experience

Experience with tools like Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT is essential. Prior background in content moderation, policy enforcement, or risk operations is highly advantageous.
