About the Bilingual Trust and Safety AI Trainer Role

This role requires fluency in English and at least one additional language from the following: Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish. It is an hourly-paid, fully remote contractor opportunity where you will review AI-generated responses and generate safety-focused evaluation content.

Role Responsibilities

• Curate and label safety-focused training examples in English and one additional language.
• Review, score, and compare AI model responses against safety policies.
• Continuously stress-test and audit model behavior for policy gaps.
• Document annotations, feedback and failure modes clearly.
• Use tools such as Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT and others.

Your Profile

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience. You need near-native or native proficiency in English and one additional language, with a strong command of safety domains such as Hate & Harassment, Sexual Content, Violence, and more. Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, policy enforcement, risk operations, investigations, safety evaluation work, and LLM red teaming is required. You must demonstrate clear documentation and responsiveness across time zones.
