Digital Marketing Specialist at Brainstorm Force
Brainstorm Force is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, lead, and optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives that directly impact our growth. You will own key marketing channels, manage end-to-end campaigns, and guide a small team of cross-functional collaborators to improve performance.

Your role bridges hands-on execution (experiments, funnels, campaigns) with channel ownership and performance leadership - driving traffic, conversions, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Own and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, content, affiliates, and email.
- Align channel strategies with business and product-level goals.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, cross-sell/upsell campaigns, and retargeting flows.
- Lead end-to-end execution - from idea, creative briefs, and collaboration with stakeholders to delivery and reporting.
Channel & Funnel Management:
- Take ownership of channels like SEO, email, paid, content, or affiliates and ensure measurable performance improvements.
- Build and optimize funnels for awareness → nurture → conversion → retention.
- Test and iterate creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences for higher engagement and conversions.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and SEO tools.
- Report ROI metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Run A/B or multivariate experiments to validate growth hypotheses and scale what works.
Content & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with content, design, and creator/affiliate partners to produce high-converting assets.
- Support and scale affiliate and influencer partnerships with strategic campaigns and content co-creation.
- Ensure content strategies engage the right audience across blogs, social, and partner channels.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior marketers (Marketing Associates / Specialists) on execution and outreach best practices.
- Delegate effectively, providing clear briefs and ensuring campaign consistency.
- Partner with product and design teams to align messaging, assets, and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of digital marketing experience, with proven success executing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong ownership of marketing channels including SEO, email, ads, content, affiliates, or influencers.
- Proficiency in analytics and campaign tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking).
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to simplify and clarify messaging.
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels, attribution, CAC, LTV, and performance-driven growth methods.
- Comfort in leading campaigns, collaborating with juniors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and improvements.
- Strong execution discipline: balancing speed, quality, and persistence.
Good-to-Have Qualities:
- Experience in the WordPress, SaaS, or website builder ecosystem.
- Ability to understand the mindset and workflows of web designers, developers, and creators.
- Past leadership in affiliate/influencer partnerships.
