BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Team Lead Backend Developer - Relocation to Cyprus with strong Node.js expertise and leadership skills to join our growing fintech development team based in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates must be on-site or willing to relocate with full relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team on a payment integration platform.
  • Hire, train, and delegate tasks to technical personnel.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive architecture evolution towards modern patterns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional IT experience.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong commercial experience with Node.js and React.
  • Experience with REST, WebSockets, Git, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
  • Advanced English and excellent troubleshooting skills.
