Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Fintech Solution to join our development team in Lisbon. This role requires relocation to Portugal as it is an on-site position within the Lisbon Metropolitan area.

Your Mission

Plan, coordinate, and drive the successful delivery of technology projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and effective team communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
• Track time and prepare regular status reports
• Coordinate development teams using Agile methodologies
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years IT project management experience
• Experience in Fintech projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Understanding of SDLC
• Proven ability to manage technical teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Nice to Have

PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications.
