About the Role: AI ML Engineer

You will join BPM’s Enterprise Technology Solutions team as an AI ML Engineer. In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered applications including chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation solutions across various business functions. You will integrate AI models into BPM’s everyday operations, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.

• Design and evaluate AI/ML models for BPM use cases
• Prepare and manage datasets for training and evaluation
• Integrate AI features into BPM systems using tools like Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio
• Deliver automation that streamlines operations in Tax, Assurance, and Advisory
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders and data teams
• Prototype AI solutions and recommend best practices
• Ensure models are compliant with responsible AI practices
