Role and Mission
Within the Finance and Steering department, you will join the Project Steering domain, which is cross-functional within the company. In close collaboration with the pole director, domain directors, and product managers, you will support them in decision-making for steering their project portfolios or scopes. Your role will involve collecting, consolidating, and analyzing monthly key elements necessary for managing the entrusted project portfolio. Recurring analysis will focus on mastering project timelines, costs, and scope, as well as monitoring team capacity. You will be proactive in establishing and monitoring action plans to mitigate risks. You will also play a crucial role in supporting and educating teams on the processes and tools related to BPCE SI steering (Clarity ecosystem, Power BI dashboards, etc.) and will propose improvements for these processes and tools.
5 Major Activities Expected for a Referent/Steering Manager:
- Animate the steering of the project portfolio managed by the pole.
- Collect and analyze the workload plan of the pole's various teams (contributor view).
- Consolidate key elements for decision-making and identification of risks and alerts.
- Support and educate on the company's processes and methods.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives for processes.
