What We Offer
Within BPCE-IT's Security department, the "Indicators, Controls, and Remediation Follow-up" team is responsible for:- Monitoring the compliance of Security department activities through the management of Audit recommendations, DRS, and TRM Cyber Level 1 controls.
- Facilitating Security liaison with the main DSI of Groupe BPCE via security committees.
- Day-to-day team management: developing employee skills, leading meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Participating in recruitment of internal and external collaborators.
- Supporting the team in project execution.
- Ensuring the application of the Security Policy, particularly through periodic Level 1 Controls.
- Participating in audits (internal/external) and coordinating the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance requests.
- Contributing to roadmap definition.
- Encouraging process automation.
- Serving as the TRM Cyber pillar referent for BPCE-IT.
